Services

I build software for teams that spend too much time moving information around by hand.

That usually means PDFs, spreadsheets, contracts, approvals, reports, emails, internal checklists, and tools that do not quite talk to each other.

I am most useful when the problem is specific: a team has a process, the process works badly, and there is enough repetition to justify building a better tool around it.

What I can help with

Document and PDF workflows

Organizing files, creating document indexes, pulling useful details from PDFs, preparing review copies, and reducing the manual work around document sets.

Internal tools

Small web apps, dashboards, scripts, and backend services for work that is currently being done in email, spreadsheets, or scattered folders.

AI-assisted review and drafting

AI can help with summaries, classification, drafting support, and first-pass analysis. It still needs structure, checks, and a human who understands the work.

Backend development

Go and Python services for automation pipelines, APIs, business tools, and product features.

Tools for legal work, legal operations, contracts, compliance, document review, and other places where law and software overlap.

This may be a fit if

  • Small businesses with repetitive internal processes
  • Legal teams dealing with too many PDFs or contract versions
  • Real estate teams tracking leases, tenants, and documents
  • Consultants who repeat the same client setup work
  • Operators who know their process is too dependent on one spreadsheet
  • Teams that need a tool built around how they actually work

How I work

I start by mapping the current process. What comes in? Who touches it? Where does it get stuck? What has to be checked? What should never be changed?

After that, the work usually becomes clearer. Some problems need a small script. Some need a backend service. Some need an internal app. Some are not ready for software yet.

That last point matters. I would rather tell you a process needs cleaning up first than build a tool around confusion.
